Croatian Dr. Tamara assists Smiley with the Chinese Rings routine at Children's Hospital in Zagreb. Dr. Tamarra: "Being a doctor I've seen how people need more than just medicines when coping with disaster. Comfort and motivation are also greatly needed."

Andrew transforms into Coco the Clown after he sees the effectiveness of the Cheer Up Clowns' Humor Therapy at work with traumatized school children in Bosnia. Andrew: "I was delighted to see how helpful the Cheer Up Clowns were in helping me become a clown and learn their simple routines. Though they are gone, I am now able to continue their work here."

Sara, a young professional guitar player helped us with many programs in Zagreb. Sara: "For a long time I wanted to do something for those in my country who suffered so much but I didn't know what I could do.
